Staff and little extra touches were excellent and rooms superb
Breakfast was not included in my package which I thought was surprising. I thought we had included breakfast and we were there for a wedding that evening - the next morning everyone else was allowed breakfast apart from us!

Our stay was amazing! The cocktails were very nice and unique, especially the Silver Jet. We enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the quick service during breakfast. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Family wedding - very accommodating
Mr Alex Reid (so called celebrity) was staying at your hotel, and asked our family member, who was the bride, if she wanted him to attend her wedding !!! Who would ? Needless to say she declined, but we thought this was very rude of him to intrude.

I booked a queen room with a private safe, central heating, iron and ironing board. The location was marvellous, for example, St Mark was just a short stroll away from the hotel.
